Impressions
We have been running the Ägäis restaurant in Entringen for over 40 years and spoil our guests with home-made Greek cuisine in a cozy atmosphere.
Restaurant Ägäis is reminiscent of a typical fishing village tavern from the Cyclades islands in furnishings and fittings. Sea blue walls and Kea island memorabilia take you back in time, while the 'vintage look' exudes a warm coziness radiates.
Our guests are offered homemade specialties, including octopus from the grill or as a soup, moussaka, and of course gyros and many other dishes.
Gourmands can look forward to swordfish or a delicious Ortef, for vegans there are dishes such as vegetable stew or Briami and the Meat dishes are based on Staufenfleisch from sustainable agriculture.
The regional origin and high-quality ingredients - many of them from organic farming - are very important to us!
This applies equally to the Greek organic olive oil and the drinks menu, which also includes the refreshing Greek Mythos beer.

The apartment is in the Center of Ammerbuch-Entringen.
Entringen is right on the edge of the Schönbuchwald, has many hiking and biking trails, as well as a great one Wild enclosure with many native animals.

Not far from the apartment is a big adventure children's playground.
There are many climbing frames & Play equipment (football and basketball field, seesaws, sandpit, climbing house, parkour, ...) as well as two soccer fields (lawn & asphalt), a basketball field and a table tennis table.
